We still have yet to snap a picture of the cardinal.... Our latest camera sighting has been the REAL Common Grackle. Noted by it's obvious blue head. The previous picture entitled as such is in fact a European Starling. Our mistake. After all we are novices and the picture in our book shows that the Starling has more white markings than the ones we have spotted.
